wow I can just image this guy bouncing off the walls and the way he writes just seems like one of those quick talking things. These are some very useful and good techniques too.
How did he sit down and have the patience to write a book if he didn't want to use paper and pen to write down math problems?

Well thats just annoying. I guess I see where there going but its frustrating thinking you can never get to the end.
They did an excellent job on explaining mastery but they never explained exactly what flow was. So what exactly is flow?
